Lovely location. Renovated rooms are lovely. No full length mirror or telephone in room though. Had an issue with water pressure but hotel knocked off some money for that. I would go back
Staff were nice. Heading in the room wasn't sufficient but I found a nice blanket in the wardrobe. Place is a bit tired but it's the staff that make it a good place to stay.
Gave 3 stars because my room was tiny with a little single bed. Floor boards creeping everywhere when people pass the room it get like a train was passing. Lovey view of the lake to the rear though with boats moored there. Pleasant receptionist who was very helpful.
This hotel is currently being renovated. Despite this my wife and I had a very comfortable stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Although the menu is limited the food is of good quality and reasonably priced. Fantastic river views will come again
