Warm and welcoming. You have some large armchairs and a couple of sofas as well regular table seating. The staff are very efficient and the place is warm. It's an old barn and has some character with its exposed oak beams. There is a single toilet but it seems to be enough.The only down side to it is if you are walking you have to go around the block to get to it. A real shame you can't just approach it from the front.
Really nice place. Kids loved the toys. Staff were great. Loved the sausage rolls. Minor gripe was for 10 I would've hoped for more than one rasher of bacon and one sausage. Thought it was a bit small for the price.
Superb food and great service. A rustic country interior set in a converted barn...on a business park (I envy the people who work here and have this place on their doorstep)! Plenty of parking and close to the River Thames for walks. The location is a bit hidden but there are plenty of signs to direct you.
I feel like I've stumbled on a local secret. The food was delicious and the coffee was perfect. I'll definitely be back!!
The Cartshed does brilliant food in a friendly relaxed environment. It is baby/child friendly with plenty of space. It has rapidly become my favourite local cafe.
