Bought a 25 book for 78p. It was described as used, but v.g. condition. It certainly doesn't look used and it's in excellent condition. I really pleased with my purchase.
Good value books, fast reliable delivery.
Purchased an unfortunately faulty copy of a book with some missing pages. As soon as I contacted their customer service team they sent another copy immediately without me having to send the damaged one back. Very impressed despite the hiccup.
Be very wary of them. They advertised a book on eBay I was after describing it as a hardback edition. I was sent a paperback and when I complained, I was offered a 33% reduction which would have made it the right price for a paperback anyway. It took an age to arrive after ordering it as well. I'll be raising an independent advertising complaint if they do not change the description on eBay. The option I have now been given is to accept the hassle of returning the book for a refund. Absolute joke of a company. P.S. trying to contact them via Ebay is difficult, so I found their website and contacted them directly. Update on same day as review. To be fair to them, they applied a full refund and allowed me to keep the book. Amended rating from one star to three.
