Yes you have to queue up for a long time but it's a post office and I've not come across one where you don't have to queue up. I found the staff very friendly and helpful especially when you don't know how to fill out forms the lady cashier help me with my passport and I was very grateful. I think they are doing a great job taking over from KP and I'm grateful that wallingford has a Post Office. Keep up the good work :)
Dont know what the other people are saying about friendly staff - I come into an empty store to send 5 pre-paid recorded delivery parcels, and the cashier told me to wait. However, that didnt stop him from dealing with two customers before me, who came off the street long after Id approached him. Wont be using this post office any more.
There is now only one counter to serve customers using the post office part of the shop. As a disabled person I found it difficult standing in the queue. In the other shop there were three counters for post office customers. Obviously cut backs!
