We had a lovely train ride. The engine was diesel, not steam, which we weren't expecting. The overall experience was lovely though.
We went for the Christmas train , it was lovely! such friendly staff very relaxing

The Santa train ride was amazing. My daughter enjoyed it but was such a pity that there was hardly anyone on it. The staff were friendly especially to the children. Is such a shame more people don't support this as it is a historical rail link and needs more support
A trip back in time! Best on a day when live steam is pulling the train. A modest museum and a gentle run through the countryside to Cholsey and back. Agatha Christie lies in the graveyard there? Who dunnit? Natural causes!Bonus they let my Jack Russell come too.
