Very rude receptionist who told me my son was late and couldn't be seen when infarct GE wasn't late he stood back a bit where the receptionist didn't actually ask him if he needs help then when I ask why he can't b seen she reply's he's late there's more people here more sick than him who need to b seen when in fact my son has a major chest infection ,feeling very let down by them

I have always been extremely happy with my Doctor - Mr Charlie Hughes and have no complaints about the doctors, nurses, receptionists, health visitors etc but...........................Imagine my concern when I applied for life insurance, gave permission for the life insurance company to obtain some details of my medical records for which they paid for, to be told that Wallingford Practice Manager (I mention no names, but we all know who she is) was extremely rude, abrupt, told the insurance company that she does not have the time to deal with these sort of matters. Does she not appreciate the importance life insurance is to the medical practice patients? Will she cover my funeral and family costs when I die? No, she certainly will not. What really makes me frustrated is that the insurance company has paid for this service, which the medical practice has taken, yet refuses to give it.
