What a professional, polite and friendly team. Nicola managed to squeeze me in with an emergency appointment today, after a fiasco over the weekend trying to access out of hours dental care. Patricia was patient, kind and reassuring (I am the nightmare phobic patient!) treating my problem completely rather than a quick fix until my appointment in a few weeks.... my apologies to those patients I delayed. I cannot thank you all enough.

In my experience of several years attending appointments at Dentalcare in Berinsfield, I find the practice absolutely excellent in every way. Not only is the dental and hygiene work top class but also all the staff (including the lovely receptionists) are incredibly friendly, polite, kind, respectful and courteous - not something I have experienced at many dental practices, I must say ! I have recommended this practice to friends and am delighted that they also hold the practice in the same high regard.
Always friendly and helpful staff.. I'm not a fan of any dentist but I always feel at ease here and wouldn't go anywhere else for myself or my family. Highly recommend.
Staff are professional, accommodating and efficient!Reception team are always warm and welcoming; have knowledge and always answer any queries. Dentist team are also professional yet make you feel at ease. Genuine advice is given in the interest of the patient, not to gain money. A treasure practice!
