Great local store with good products and range
This shop NEVER answers the phone when you call to make an enquiry. I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the service and the fact that I have to drive from a Military base to see if they have what I need because they are too lazy leaves me to no option but to start using Waitrose! I am not alone in my thoughts and a shop that could benefit from having a Military base up the road is losing customers slowly but surely. The queues are very long and staff are slow. Not always helpful or polite.
Great staff, and parking to the side and rear of the store. Trolleys also available if required.
One of the trolleys has a bent handle and another is full of rubbise - has been like this for weeks, portable display stands blocking access to some of the checkouts - come on guys, get a grip.... :)
Always busy be prepated for a que.
