Very bad shop dont ever go there it is racist shop.i went there several times to buy scratch cards lady served me is an old lady with spectacles thin wanted me to tell her thank you and please all the time.she also told me I am giving wet money notes to her while it was a rainy day.this a wallingford branch.she once refused to serve me while I was there and said she is busy.nevere Everego there.i will never shop with them again
Good range of games, cards, maps, craft supplies, periodicals, travel goods, vapes ... I keep finding more reasons to check in at KP. Friendly no pressure staff always around. A great local resource.
Bought 3 helium balloons for my daughter's birthday. Picked up Friday 4.00pm. One already flat.Also staff are not trained in Consumer Goods Act. Shop left without contactable manager.
Rubbish shop offers nothing and now has stopped doing electric and gas top ups. Without any notice given to the customers who use that service no explanation was given why they stop this service they was just rude and didn't offer any help. And for a convenience shop that's not very convenient as this kind of shop is supposed to offer a service that lets you top up gas and electric.
Went into the store at 9.30 to buy some cards and wrapping paper . Store was empty and there were two members of staff one at the checkout the other doing something on a PC at the back of the store . There was a cordon up across to stop access to card section. When I enquired why the very 'busy' lady at the back told me they didn't have enough staff to open the back section of the shop . She said they might be open at 10.30 or maybe 11.30 am if they can get the staff !Really ? We try to support local businesses but they make it so difficult sometimes !It's a pity as it's a great store !
