I contacted Alyssa 3 weeks before my friends 30th birthday party. We went back in forth through emails about a cake and cake pops. My friend is gluten free so I went with a Vanilla gluten free cake with strawberry filling. It was delicious. Everyone at the party ate it and no one could tell that it was gluten free. The cake pops were a hit too and beautifully decorated.
Best cakes and cupcakes around. Muffins and scones too. Also fresh ground and brewed coffee from Perkatory Coffee Roasters ;)
